With over 27 years of urban planning, real estate development, and construction experience, Ricky Trinidad, President, has successfully designed, developed, managed, constructed, and operated numerous new-construction residential and commercial communities and buildings in various US markets throughout his career.
Mr. Trinidad is an urban planner, real estate development, and construction expert with vast experience in the design, planning, development, construction, and integration of a broad variety of new sustainable real estate development projects both domestically and internationally. His portfolio includes numerous new residential subdivision communities, townhome development projects, infill mixed-use buildings, mid-rise buildings, and new commercial developments.
The heart of his passion is to help create significant positive social, economic, spiritual, environmental, and aesthetic impact in the communities he serves through his professional urban planning, real estate development, and construction practices, strategies, and approaches.
Director
As Director at Metrovitalization, Kelly Trinidad leverages over 10 years of high-level expertise in real estate acquisition, planning, management, and development, and over 19 years of business expertise as one of the original founders and former Director at Signature Consultants, an IT staffing company now with revenues over $400MM and a leader in the industry.
Ms. Trinidad’s primary role at Metrovitalization is centered on effective office operations, staff management, planning and directing all aspects of real estate development, financial and organizational activities, and long-term company planning and direction. Ms. Trinidad’s primary focus is to direct the company in creating quality environments and enhancing social/economic conditions in every development project.
Ms. Trinidad started her business career with Signature Consultants in January of 1997 and was instrumental in developing and building sales and technical staffing divisions in the South Florida market for the company over a period of 19 years.
Signature Consultants has grown to become one of the largest and most recognized technical staffing companies in the country. Ms. Trinidad has been a key part of the company’s growth having provided crucial managerial roles since its inception.
Ms. Trinidad is a Graduate of Binghamton University and holds a Bachelor’s of Education and Human Development (1992).

Gary A. Johnson is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, boasting an impressive 35-year career marked by dedication, expertise, and a commitment to community service. With over two decades of experience in construction and management, Gary has honed his skills to perfection, navigating the complexities of the industry with a unique blend of technical prowess and strategic thinking.
His journey began as a hands-on laborer, and through hard work and determination, he ascended the ranks to assume leadership roles, managing projects with precision and excellence.

Daniel Wills brings a multitude of experience to the Metrovitalization Team from various industries and businesses as well as his passion for accuracy and financial acumen. He has a background in real estate development where he managed finances for large multi-family construction projects, luxury single family home developments, and commercial spaces. He worked with investors and bankers to underwrite developments and was involved in negotiating acquisitions, sales, rental agreements, and terms for debt and equity financing.
Daniel studied economics and business at Benedictine College where he graduated with academic honors. He worked in the actuarial department at a major annuity and life insurance company prior to making a career change into real estate. He quickly fell in love with development and enjoys the complexity and problem-solving aspect as well as the tangible impact that beautiful structures have on the people and communities that they serve.
Daniel enjoys traveling, music, sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his wife and five children. He has various interests and loves to read about current world events, macroeconomics, and personal finance.
Project Coordinator
Gary R. Cox is a seasoned Project Coordinator at Metrovitalization, LLC, where he establishes strategic relationships with professionals, vendors, and third parties. With a professional background spanning two decades including management work with Fortune 500 companies, Gary effectively transitioned his high-level expertise within the insurance, sales and merchandising industries to the realm of real estate development and construction.
In his role, Gary effectively procures construction-related products and services, supporting the construction and sales teams in their efforts.
His expertise lies in project coordination and collaboration, customer relations, and quality control. During his tenure managing 27 jewelry venues, he honed his skills in inventory management and professional partnerships, earning numerous awards along the way.
At Metrovitalization, Gary passionately contributes to the company’s mission of revitalizing communities by delivering quality new homes and related products.
He oversees the procurement, bidding and contracting processes from inception to client satisfaction, working closely with vendors, real estate agents, and buyers to ensure the most optimal home options and buyer experience. His meticulous coordination ensures timely and well-executed home completions.

Marketing & Sales Manager
Skylar Carna is a committed and results-driven professional serving as the Marketing and Sales Manager for Metrovitalization, LLC. In this role, Skylar is responsible for ensuring the fastest possible sales and leasing of Metrovitalization new single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and commercial spaces. Her expertise encompasses developing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market analyses, setting competitive pricing, and creating compelling marketing materials. Skylar manages showroom operations, organizes open houses and promotional events, and leads client interactions to ensure an exceptional buying experience. She also oversees the preparation of sales agreements, negotiations with buyers, and client support throughout the purchasing process, and she collaborates with real estate agents throughout each sale and leasing process.
Prior to her current role, Skylar held several positions that have contributed to her extensive experience in business development and real estate. She served as a Business Development Manager at Express Employment Professionals in Youngstown, OH, where she implemented strategic plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. Skylar also worked as a Real Estate Agent with Compass Real Estate in Pittsburgh, PA, providing expert guidance to clients on market conditions and negotiation tactics.
Skylar’s earlier experience includes roles such as an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant for Anna DeFrank, where she managed transactions and assisted in the buying and selling processes across multiple states. She also worked as a Business Developer Assistant at Fred Martin Ford/Mercedes Benz, where she developed marketing plans and coordinated sales activities. With a lifelong passion for dance that has taken him from the studios of Ludovici Dance Academy to performances on stages across the United States, Cameron has honed his skills in discipline, collaboration, and performance excellence.
Graduating from Slippery Rock University with dual degrees in BFA Dance and BSBA Management, Cameron embodies the fusion of artistry and management expertise.
His technical proficiency spans an impressive array of dance styles, from classical ballet to contemporary, hip-hop, tap, modern, jazz, afro, and beyond, reflecting a commitment to versatility and innovation.
In addition to his professional dance career with PearlArts and the STAYCEE PEARL dance project & Soy Sos, where he has showcased his talents on stages in Pennsylvania, New York City, Maine, and Arkansas, Cameron shares his passion for dance as a dedicated instructor at Michele’s Dance Center in Wexford, PA.
Cameron, beyond his professional accomplishments, is propelled by his faith and a profound belief in the strength of community. Guided by his devotion to The Lord, he finds inspiration in serving others and fostering connections within his community.
Prior to his role at Metrovitalization, Cameron made significant contributions to community housing through his work with the Mercer County Housing Authority and the Shenango Valley Urban League. As a Housing Stability Specialist under the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), he provided vital support to renters facing financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic. By offering assistance with rent arrearages and facilitating access to budget counseling and employment resources, Cameron played a pivotal role in ensuring housing stability for vulnerable individuals and families.
Now, as a key member of the Metrovitalization team, Cameron applies his expertise in operations management to drive the company’s mission of revitalizing communities through strategic real estate development initiatives.
