Ricky Trinidad

President

With over 27 years of urban planning, real estate development, and construction experience, Ricky Trinidad, President, has successfully designed, developed, managed, constructed, and operated numerous new-construction residential and commercial communities and buildings in various US markets throughout his career.

Mr. Trinidad is an urban planner, real estate development, and construction expert with vast experience in the design, planning, development, construction, and integration of a broad variety of new sustainable real estate development projects both domestically and internationally. His portfolio includes numerous new residential subdivision communities, townhome development projects, infill mixed-use buildings, mid-rise buildings, and new commercial developments.

The heart of his passion is to help create significant positive social, economic, spiritual, environmental, and aesthetic impact in the communities he serves through his professional urban planning, real estate development, and construction practices, strategies, and approaches.

Kelly Trinidad

Director

As Director at Metrovitalization, Kelly Trinidad leverages over 10 years of high-level expertise in real estate acquisition, planning, management, and development, and over 19 years of business expertise as one of the original founders and former Director at Signature Consultants, an IT staffing company now with revenues over $400MM and a leader in the industry. 

Ms. Trinidad’s primary role at Metrovitalization is centered on effective office operations, staff management, planning and directing all aspects of real estate development, financial and organizational activities, and long-term company planning and direction. Ms. Trinidad’s primary focus is to direct the company in creating quality environments and enhancing social/economic conditions in every development project.

Ms. Trinidad started her business career with Signature Consultants in January of 1997 and was instrumental in developing and building sales and technical staffing divisions in the South Florida market for the company over a period of 19 years.

Signature Consultants has grown to become one of the largest and most recognized technical staffing companies in the country. Ms. Trinidad has been a key part of the company’s growth having provided crucial managerial roles since its inception.

Ms. Trinidad is a Graduate of Binghamton University and holds a Bachelor’s of Education and Human Development (1992).

Karl Baker, CFO

W. Karl Baker, CPA, brings over 30 years of extensive experience to Metrovitalization, having served a diverse range of businesses including real estate investors and developers, construction firms, health care enterprises, professional service firms, and tax-exempt organizations. He dedicated nearly 25 years as an auditor and consultant in public accounting, honing a comprehensive understanding of financial landscapes.

Karl’s broad expertise encompasses interim and fractional CFO and controller services, business office process improvements, budget development, financial reporting development, training, policy and procedure development, staffing analysis, improvement initiatives, merger & acquisition analysis and valuations, strategic planning, commercial financing assistance, market demand assessments, financial feasibility studies, tax planning, and financial statement audits. This depth of experience is directly applicable to Metrovitalization’s strategic and operational needs.

Throughout his career, Karl has been a frequent speaker across the United States, sharing insights on strategic planning, business planning and improvement best practices, and commercial financing—areas vital for Metrovitalization’s growth and investor relations.

Karl also possesses significant experience in governance roles for tax-exempt organizations. For approximately 11 years, he served on the Board of Directors of Boston Senior Home Care in Boston, Massachusetts, a non-profit organization serving the elderly and disabled, concluding his tenure as President of the Board for four years. Additionally, he is a Life Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the USS Constitution Museum in Charlestown, Massachusetts, where he remains a member of the audit committee and served as its chair for several years through September 2025.

He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in multiple states, further solidifying his financial credentials.

Born and raised with a passion for construction, Gary has become a respected figure in both residential and commercial sectors.

With over two decades of experience in construction and management, Gary has honed his skills to perfection, navigating the complexities of the industry with a unique blend of technical prowess and strategic thinking.

His journey began as a hands-on laborer, and through hard work and determination, he ascended the ranks to assume leadership roles, managing projects with precision and excellence.

Gary’s expertise spans a diverse range of construction projects, from crafting dream homes in residential neighborhoods to overseeing the development of large-scale commercial structures. His keen eye for detail, coupled with an unwavering commitment to quality, has earned him the trust of clients and colleagues alike

Beyond his professional achievements, Gary is a man driven by faith and a deep-rooted belief in the power of community. Inspired by his commitment to The Lord, Gary actively engages in volunteer work, particularly with local food drives and community events. His faith serves as a guiding force, instilling in him a sense of responsibility to give back to those in need.

Seth Campell brings numerous years of hands-on experience in the construction industry throughout Northern Pennsylvania, where he has built strong working relationships with local contractors, suppliers, and service providers. His expertise spans scheduling, contracting, and construction management, with a proven ability to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

In his career, Seth has overseen multiple aspects of project coordination, including pre-construction planning, subcontractor management, procurement, and workflow optimization. He is highly skilled in identifying potential risks and implementing proactive solutions that safeguard timelines and budgets. His keen attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and reporting have made him a reliable leader in complex development environments.

What sets Seth apart is his passion for delivering quality construction projects that positively impact communities. He takes pride in aligning all parties involved—owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors—toward a common goal, ensuring each project reflects both precision and purpose.

Alexis Cruel

Marketing Associate

Alexis Cruel is a highly motivated Marketing Associate at Metrovitalization, specializing in real estate development and marketing. She works directly with buyers for Metrovitalization’s HomeSite Creations Build-On-Your-Lot program (BOYL).

 

Alexis worked is a licensed Real Estate Professional with significant experience in market analysis, networking, and contract negotiation. She also brings to Metrovitalization a wealth of experience in logistics and organization management, having worked at Oklahoma State University and Amazon.

 

Alexis is She is a graduate of Eastern Florida State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development & Construction Management at Thomas Jefferson University, where she is focusing on strategic housing initiatives.

With her strong professional and academic background, practical experience, and passion for quality real estate development and construction, Alexis offers a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the Metrovitalization team, patrons clients.
