Royalty Place

Acquisition, design, development and construction of a new single-family and multifamily development. Royalty Place will be a newly developed community in Union Township, New Castle, PA that will feature both single-family homes and townhomes. It is situated within a charming natural environment that offers a range of intrinsic benefits, such as beautiful foliage, nearby hiking trails, and local parks. The homes themselves have been designed to comprise the highest level of precision and craftsmanship with modern features and finishes while offering residents high-quality contemporary living along with convenience and affordability.

Preeminence 1

Project sponsor/developer – Acquisition, design, permitting, construction, stabilization, property management.

Preeminence 1 is a transformative mixed-use project positioned to revitalize downtown New Castle, PA. Replacing the former Rite Aid building at 119 E. Washington St, the modern five-story structure offers four Class “A” retail/office spaces totaling 9,520 sq. ft., along with 38 deluxe residential rental apartments. Amenities include a rooftop garden, a private gym, and ample parking. The prime location is adjacent to Zambelli Memorial Park and near the new pocket park, currently under development by the city. It is also across the street from The Confluence Café, The Historic Warner Cascade Museum, and Butz Flowers (the oldest flower shop in the United States). The project is central to the ongoing beautification and revitalization of Downtown New Castle.
