The ribbon cutting event for Metrovitalization’s Royalty Place development of 214 new homes in Union Township of New Castle, PA Lawrence County was held October 5, 2023 with over 100 attendees. State Representative Marla Brown cut the ceremonial ribbon. Special guests in attendance included local business leader Michael Mansour, Union Township Supervisor Robert Eckart and members of the Union Township government, Dr. Mark Kauffman of Jubilee Ministries International, Renee Dean of Howard Hanna, and numerous business leaders and residents of the area.
